Export first
Settings → Offboarding produces a JSON export of your business data. Every export is recorded with actor and timestamp.
Closure with a grace period
Scheduling a closure moves the business to 'closing' for 30 days. You can cancel at any point during the grace period; after it elapses the purge removes tenant data permanently.
Your personal account
Deleting your account is separate from closing a business — you may belong to several. The flow blocks deletion while you are the sole owner of an active business, so nothing is orphaned.
