Inbound webhooks
Partner callbacks hit dedicated public endpoints that verify a signature before any data is processed. Unsigned or replayed payloads are rejected with a 401.
Rate limiting and retries
Outbound calls use exponential backoff with jitter and give up after a bounded number of attempts. Inbound traffic is rate limited per tenant so one busy business never degrades another.
