Refund Policy
ROMM Technology offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on TenantVolt subscriptions.

14-day money-back guarantee
If TenantVolt is not right for your business, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no explanation required. This applies to first purchases as well as renewal charges.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or contact us through our support page and we will raise it with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within five to ten business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage billing inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your workspace becomes read-only and your data stays exportable.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades apply immediately and are charged prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades apply at your next renewal date so you keep the plan you have paid for until then. A downgrade is never charged retroactively.
Free trial
Every new business gets a 15-day free trial with no card required, so you can evaluate TenantVolt before any payment is taken.
Questions
Any refund question can be raised through our support page. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to all orders.
