TenantVolt charges per business location, not per user. Each subscription quantity equals one active location in your workspace. You can add or remove locations at any time from Settings → Billing, and your next invoice is prorated automatically through Paddle, our merchant of record.
A location is any distinct physical site you operate — a shop, clinic branch, hotel property, restaurant outlet, warehouse or pickup point. Two counters in the same building count as one location; a separate address or a clearly separate unit with its own inventory and staff counts as its own location.
An industry engine is a specialized operational module: Restaurant & Café has floor plans and KDS, Hotel & Lodging has rooms and reservations, Healthcare has patients and SOAP notes, Pharmacy has prescriptions, Autoparts has service bays, and so on. Universal modules such as POS, catalog, inventory and customers are included on every plan.
Yes. Growth and Scale plans support multi-industry tenants, so a single workspace can run a hotel, restaurant and café side by side, or an auto group can run parts sales plus service bays. Starter is limited to one industry engine so it stays simple for single-concept operators.
Upgrades take effect immediately and unlock the additional engines, locations and advanced modules right away. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep access until you have already paid for. Your data is never deleted by a plan change.
No. The 14-day trial is fully featured and does not require a card. When the trial ends you choose a plan; until then you can explore every engine and module.
