Getting started

Running several industries in one business

How the shared core, universal modules and industry engines combine so one tenant can run a hotel, restaurant and spa at once.

4 min read

The three levels

  • Level 1 — the global SaaS core: tenancy, RBAC, audit, billing, locations, settings
  • Level 2 — universal commerce modules: catalog, orders, CRM, inventory, scheduling, subscriptions
  • Level 3 — industry engines: hotel PMS, restaurant floor and KDS, clinic and pharmacy, and more

Declaring industries and modules

A tenant declares an array of industries and an array of enabled modules. Navigation, dashboard metrics and vocabulary all derive from that declaration, so nothing irrelevant is rendered.

Admins and owners change this at any time from Settings → Industries & modules. Disabling a module hides its console but never deletes its data.
