• Add rate plans (flexible, non-refundable, corporate) with their own pricing rules

Reservations without collisions

Availability search runs in the database against confirmed stays, and booking is a single atomic routine. Two agents booking the same room for overlapping dates cannot both succeed.

Folios

Every reservation carries a folio. Post room nights, extras, taxes, discounts and payments as itemised lines; the balance recalculates live and you can export a receipt for the guest.
