- What exactly am I buying?
- A cloud-hosted software subscription. Nothing is shipped — your workspace is available instantly in the browser, billed per business location per month or year.
- Who charges my card?
- Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all TenantVolt orders. Paddle handles billing, sales tax and VAT, invoices and refunds on behalf of ROMM Technology.
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- Yes. Cancel any time from Billing inside the app, and request a refund within 30 days of your order date under our refund policy.
- Do you support multiple locations?
- Yes. Starter, Growth and Scale differ by location and seat allowance, and every report, stock count and till can be filtered by location.
